Internal Communication: Internal Customers / Procurement Team / Supply Chain Execution team / Procurement Excellence & Vendor Management team
Purpose: Coordinate, collect, discuss, manage and pool information / data / requirements and feedback regarding the RFXs being managed; Coordinate with the Procurement and Procurement Excellence teams to receive timely feedback to assist in the successful management of the end-to-end RFXs.
External Communication: Suppliers
Purpose: To develop and manage supplier relations; To request or clarify via the available tools the proposals from suppliers.
Occupational Health & Safety and Environment
Accountability: Are accountable for their acts and omissions.
Responsibility: To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses.
Authority: To stop work if they think the work is unsafe.
