Role Overview
We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive business expansion in the UAE market. This role requires a strong network in the UAE, the ability to close high-value enterprise deals, and expertise in technology solutions for various industries. The ideal candidate will identify, engage, and secure partnerships with key UAE companies, positioning The HubOps as their preferred technology supplier.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a partnership strategy to establish The HubOps as a trusted tech supplier in the UAE.
Identify and engage key decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, Innovation Heads, Procurement Directors) at major enterprises.
Leverage existing UAE business connections to generate leads and accelerate deal closures.
Present AI, Blockchain, and ML-based solutions that cater to the operational needs of various industries.
Negotiate and close high-value enterprise contracts, ensuring long-term strategic relationships.
Stay updated on UAE market trends, regulations, and technological advancements across industries.
Work closely with technical teams to tailor solutions based on client requirements.
Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and partnerships, tracking progress and revenue impact.
Qualifications & Requirements
Proven experience in enterprise sales, business development, or strategic partnerships in the UAE market.
Strong network in the UAE (relationships with enterprise decision-makers preferred).
Experience in selling AI, ML, Blockchain, or software solutions to enterprises.
Track record of closing high-value B2B or enterprise deals.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work IST/GST time zones while engaging with UAE clients.
Self-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on revenue growth.
Compensation
AED 1,100 per successful client acquisition
