Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation and cooking of all types of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
  2. Setting up and operating cooking equipment while monitoring temperature to ensure food quality.
  3. Cooking meats, poultry, and other items to the required quality and standards.
  4. Ensuring the safety and quality of raw materials before use and reporting any unsuitable items.
  5. Adhering to food safety and personal hygiene standards and maintaining cleanliness in the work area and equipment.
  6. Monitoring inventory levels of meats, ingredients, and supplies, and reporting needs for reordering.
  7. Minimizing waste and optimizing the use of raw materials.
  8. Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of orders during peak hours.
  9. Cleaning and maintaining cooking equipment after use according to established procedures.
  10. Complying with policies and procedures set by management.
  11. Performing any other related duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in preparing and cooking various dishes.
  • Familiarity with different cooking styles and techniques for meat and poultry.
  • Compliance with food safety and health regulations.
