Responsibilities:
- Preparation and cooking of all types of dishes according to established recipes and standards.
- Setting up and operating cooking equipment while monitoring temperature to ensure food quality.
- Cooking meats, poultry, and other items to the required quality and standards.
- Ensuring the safety and quality of raw materials before use and reporting any unsuitable items.
- Adhering to food safety and personal hygiene standards and maintaining cleanliness in the work area and equipment.
- Monitoring inventory levels of meats, ingredients, and supplies, and reporting needs for reordering.
- Minimizing waste and optimizing the use of raw materials.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of orders during peak hours.
- Cleaning and maintaining cooking equipment after use according to established procedures.
- Complying with policies and procedures set by management.
- Performing any other related duties as assigned by the direct manager.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in preparing and cooking various dishes.
- Familiarity with different cooking styles and techniques for meat and poultry.
- Compliance with food safety and health regulations.
