CONFIRM Conveyance is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Manager to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end residential and commercial property transactions from signed Form F through to successful transfer.
  • Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, developers, banks, Trustee Offices, and attorneys acting under Power of Attorney (POA).
  • Prepare, review, and verify all transaction documents, including Form F, SPA, MOU, POA, Title Deeds, NOCs, Liability Letters, settlement statements, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with developers to obtain NOCs and ensure all transfer requirements are fulfilled.
  • Schedule and manage appointments with DLD Trustee Offices.
  • Liaise with banks regarding mortgage settlements, releases, and financing documentation.
  • Coordinate property handovers following successful transfers.
  • Process and coordinate Ejari registrations and Golden Visa applications where applicable.
  • Maintain complete and accurate transaction records within the company’s CRM and filing systems.
  • Ensure full compliance with Dubai Land Department regulations, company procedures, and developer requirements.
  • Keep clients, agents, and management informed throughout every stage of the transaction.
  • Resolve transaction-related issues efficiently while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Property Management, Finance, and Administration teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in conveyancing or real estate transaction coordination in Dubai.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate transfer procedures and documentation.
  • Experience dealing with developers, Trustee Offices, banks, and mortgage providers.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-focused approach.
