Conventional Lathe Operator Jobs in Dubai at oilfield petroleum LLC
DESCRIPTION: –To operate and maintain conventional lathe effectively and accurately in order to produce high-quality parts as per specifications. The Operator will be responsible for setting up, and troubleshooting conventional machines while ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control, and production timelines. The role requires a strong attention to detail, efficient workflow management, and the ability to adapt to various manufacturing needs to support overall operational goals and maximize productivity.
QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT: –
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Technical certification or ITI in Machinist, manufacturing technology, or related field.
REPORTING: – Operator -> Supervisor -> Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES: –
· Set up, operate, and maintain Conventional Lathe machines.
· Ensure parts are machined according to specified dimensions and tolerances.
· Monitor the machine performance and make necessary adjustments to meet production goals.
· Install, adjust, and replace tooling as required for each operation.
· Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
· Ensure that all parts conform to quality standards and requirements.
· Operate multiple machines when required to meet production targets.
· Work on two shifts (day and night), as scheduled.
· Work overtime based on business needs and production demands.
· Perform routine machine maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning, and replacing worn tools or parts.
· Keep work area clean and organized.
· Undertake additional tasks as required by the supervisor, such as assisting with other machine operations or general shop floor duties.
· Follow the company’s HSE policy and procedures.
· Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
