Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chocolate Sales Specialist located in Riyadh. The Sales Specialist will actively engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and promote Melng Chocolate products. You will manage sales activities, assist customers in their product selection, and ensure a delightful shopping experience. Additional responsibilities include executing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and participating in training to enhance your knowledge of our products and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and provide excellent experiences
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience in Training within a retail or sales setting is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate positive customer relationships
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is highly advantageous
- Experience in the food or confectionery industry is an added benefit
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus
