Job Description
The incumbent of this position shall be responsible for coordinating contractual issues and aspects of the contract.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university, subject to approval by the Engineer.
Recognized postgraduate degree in Contracts Management, subject to approval by the Engineer.
Minimum of 20 years of demonstrable experience, including at least 8 years as a Contracts Manager in similar or larger-sized Design/Build projects.
Previous experience in large civil engineering projects such as earthworks, soil rehabilitation, roads, and landscape works is preferable.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent technical writing and communication skills.
