Converra Consulting & Services is a growing GCC-focused advisory firm specializing in PMO & PMC Advisory, Commercial Management, and Claims & Expert Services. We help contractors and developers protect value on complex projects.
We're looking for a Contracts Management professional to sit at the point where entitlement is won or lost – before it ever becomes a dispute.
Requirements:
- 8+ years managing contracts on FIDIC-based construction or infrastructure projects in the GCC
- Strong grounding in contract administration: variations, notices, correspondence, claims documentation
- Experience drafting and reviewing subcontracts, letters, and EOT/claim submissions
- Working knowledge of GCC construction contract practice and dispute avoidance procedures
- Comfortable interfacing directly with client commercial and legal teams
- Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Law; MRICS or MICCP preferred
