Excellent opportunity for a Contractor Care Coordinator to work in our expanding flagship Middle East office, Doha, Qatar.
We are searching for a representative who can:
Maintain regular contact with our contractors to gather feedback on their satisfaction with the assignment and the client.
Understand the perspective, listen to problems, and address frequently asked questions.
Solicit referrals, account intelligence, and business development leads.
Requirements for this role include:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Problem-solving attitude
Advanced experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
MUST be willing to travel to contractor locations in Qatar
