Job Title: Junior Foreman (Factory)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Foreman to support factory operations, ensuring smooth workflow, efficiency, and quality in daily production.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum Diploma qualification and at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a workshop or factory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Foreman and/or Production Manager in supervising daily factory operations and workforce.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
Coordinate with different departments to maintain smooth workflow and resolve production issues.
Support in troubleshooting machinery and ensuring timely maintenance.
Train and guide workers on proper work procedures, safety protocols, and productivity improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
Maintain records of work progress, staff performance, and production reports.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or any related field.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a workshop or factory setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of factory operations, machinery, and safety standards.
Problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle production challenges.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Salary Package for Junior Foreman
Basic: AED 900
Other Allow. AED 450
Total Salary: AED 1350
Accommodation: Company (Inside Freezone)
After probation:
Basic: AED 1150
Other Allow. AED 450
Total Salary: AED 1600
Accommodation: Company (Inside Freezone)

Pay: AED1,350.00 – AED1,600.00 per month
