Our client is seeking an experienced Contract Service Engineer to join a leading organization in the power generation and rotating equipment sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing long-term service agreements related to Gas Turbine Component Repair Services, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and contract profitability.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage long-term service contracts for key customers involving gas turbine component repair and maintenance services.
✅ Ensure compliance with all contractual, technical, and commercial obligations.
✅ Monitor and optimise contract performance, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
✅ Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and internal stakeholders.
✅ Coordinate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure seamless execution.
✅ Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts and develop long-term customer relationships.
✅ Support commercial discussions, contract reviews, variations, and service improvements.
✅ Prepare project updates, performance reports, and customer presentations.
Requirements:
✔ Arabic Speaker (Mandatory)
✔ Experience in contract/project management
✔ Good commercial understanding
✔ Technical knowledge of gas turbines or rotating equipment
✔ Willingness to travel across the GCC
