Contracts Manager – HMC, Doha, Qatar
Location: Doha, Qatar
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
Chartered status with internationally recognized institutions such as MRICS, MCIOB, or CIArb is a strong advantage
PMP certificate is mandatory
Experience Requirements:
15+ years of broad-based experience in Contract Management including:
7+ years in a managerial role, overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion
3–5 years of specialized experience in healthcare project contracts, including initiation through to contract close-out
Contracts formation
Tender process management
Handling variations
Managing claims – across small to large-scale projects
Proven experience in international projects, with a strong emphasis on the Middle East
