Our client is a leading Fit-Out Contractor based in Dubai. It has a diverse portfolio across various sectors, such as Hospitality, Residential, and Commercial and are involved in some of the most exciting projects in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts in line with project and client requirements
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and contract standards, including familiarity with frameworks like FIDIC commonly used in the region
- Handle variations, claims, and disputes, providing contractual advice to protect the company’s commercial position
- Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and legal teams to ensure contracts align with project scope, timelines, and delivery strategy
- Monitor contractual risks and obligations, maintaining proper documentation and ensuring timely notices, approvals, and correspondence
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction, specifically within the fit-out sector in the UAE
- Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards
