The role holder is responsible for supporting the line manager through controlling the budget, contract outcome, following up the contractor payments and preparing the necessary reports.
Department:Support Services.
Job Responsibilities:
• Control Business Support Budget and escalate challenges as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with relevant departments to develop comprehensive yearly budgets and ensure propre control over expenditures.
• Monitor department services contracts, verifying supplier’s payments, and ensure the deliverables meet the outlined Scope of Work.
• Regularly review company policies and procedures, recommending necessary changes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Supervise team outputs and maintain accurate record-keeping.
• Ensure full compliance with audit standards to maintain regulatory compliance and operational integrity.
• Oversee the monitoring of tracking devices installed in vehicles operating within SAR.
• Control the issuance of port access licenses through propre documentation and justification.
• Ensure proper documentation and secure storage of SAR archived documents and maintain the confidentiality and integrity of archived information.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
