Contract Logistics Manager – Dubai
We’re hiring for a Contract Logistics Manager to lead operations across a large-scale, multi-client warehouse hub in Dubai. This is more than a job – it’s a chance to take ownership of a fast-moving 3PL ecosystem, drive strategic outcomes, and shape how client success is delivered every day.
You’ll be at the heart of a regional distribution centre, managing both people and performance. Whether it’s Manhattan WMS, SAP, or Blue Yonder – your comfort with complex warehouse management systems and ERP platforms will allow you to implement scalable processes, unlock efficiencies, and champion data-driven decision-making.
This role suits someone who thrives in structured chaos – someone who leads from the floor, knows how to get the best out of teams, and sees opportunity in every operational challenge. Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies will give you the edge, particularly when driving continuous improvement, cost control, and end-to-end service quality.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing day-to-day logistics across multiple clients in a shared warehouse environment
Owning customer relationships and ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and commercial targets are met or exceeded
Leading the WMS strategy, especially around Manhattan, SAP, Blue Yonder or similar systems, to enable smart automation, visibility and throughput
Planning labour, shifts and operations to optimise fulfilment, reduce waste, and manage overtime costs
Driving data-led performance decisions through integrated ERP and CRM platforms
Developing, mentoring and empowering warehouse teams to deliver with pride and efficiency
Conducting monthly reviews with clients and taking full accountability for service and financial performance
Enhancing safety, hygiene, and compliance in line with global HSE best practices
What we’re looking for:
7–10 years’ experience in senior logistics leadership, ideally in contract logistics or 3PL environments
Strong track record managing multiple client portfolios and complex warehouse footprints
Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems – Manhattan WMS experience is a significant advantage
Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems, and a comfort with technology and data to inform decisions
Six Sigma or Lean training, with a practical understanding of continuous improvement
Excellent communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing or related field
