Your Role:
As aContracts Engineer, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of contracts and tender documents, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing, reviewing, and managing tender documents and contracts.
Identifying risks and proposing legal/contractual countermeasures.
Negotiating and drafting agreements with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
Analyzing supplier and subcontractor offers to assess their impact on time and cost.
Ensuring compliance with project requirements, company standards, and industry regulations.
Tracking contract performance, handling variations, and managing contract terminations if required.
Monitoring project budgets and implementing cost-saving measures.
Collaborating with key stakeholders to optimize the tendering process.
What We’re Looking For:
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Experience:Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
Skills:
Strong expertise in contract drafting and negotiation
Understanding of construction and engineering principles
Proficiency in tendering & contract management software
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
