Duties & Responsibilities
Performing care and nursing technical activities in accordance with the care plan.
Supporting clients with their daily care and ADL activities.
Observe and report changes in the health situation and take action accordingly.
Maintain contact with informal caregivers and other healthcare professionals, so that care is well coordinated.
Encouraging the client’s self-reliance and self-management.
Reporting details and actively participating in thinking about improvements in care.
Job Experience
Nursing Diploma
Affinity with elderly care and independent working.
Flexible deployment, both during the week and at weekends according to schedule.
Strong in communication and able to work well with colleagues and caregivers.
Is technically skilled and familiar with protocols and guidelines.
Empathetic and customer-oriented and provides attentive care.
