Ideal Candidate will guide the management related to professional service agreements. You will search for potential risks in contracts being considered by the organization. Success in this role will be demonstrated by your ability to identify contracts and deals that contribute to bottom-line growth which are compliant with local laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Preparing Letter of Intent, Work Order and sub Contract Agreements
Negotiating contract terms with internal and external parties
Reviewing and updating existing agreements
Explain terms and conditions to managers and interested parties
Stay up to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department if needed
Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met (payment terms and contract duration)
Maintain organized system of physical and digital records
Create language standards for existing and new contracts
Familiarity with accounting procedure
Excellent writing skills and keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts
Ability to work with varying seniority levels including staff, managers and external parties
Experience & Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
2-3 years experience in preparing Contracts
Proven work experience as Contract Administrator or relevant role
Computer literate, excellent oral and communication skills
