Overview
We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Content & Marketing Specialist to plan, create, and optimize content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This role blends storytelling with performance marketing—you’ll be responsible for producing compelling content while ensuring it delivers measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with marketing and business goals
- Create high-quality content across multiple channels (blogs, social media, email, website, etc.)
- Manage and grow social media presence with engaging, platform-specific content
- Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to produce cohesive campaigns
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (organic and paid)
- Optimize content for SEO and track performance using analytics tools
- Analyze campaign results and adjust strategies based on data insights
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all communications
- Stay up to date with content trends, digital marketing tools, and industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5+ years of experience in content creation and digital marketing
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Experience with social media platforms and content management systems
- Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and performance tracking
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
