Key Responsibilities:
Develop execute and manage content strategiesacross Linked In Meta(Facebook/Instagram) and X (formerly
Twitter) to enhance brand visibility andengagement.
Create compelling highqualitycontent tailored to secure
communication
products including blogsarticles posts and multimediaassets.
Collaborate with the marketing andproduct teams to align content with business goals and brandmessaging.
Plan and executesocial media campaigns to driveawareness engagement and lead generation for the companys chatsupport and VPN products.
Monitor and analyzesocial media performance metrics generating reports andrecommendations to optimize strategies.
Stayupdated with industry trends emerging social media platforms andbest practices to ensure
innovative
and effectivecontent.
Engage with the online communityrespond to queries and manage feedback to foster positiverelationships with the audience.
Coordinatewith graphic designers and video creators to produce visual assetsfor social media and digital campaigns.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years ofexperience in social media content creation andplatform management preferably in the IT ortechnology sector.
Proven trackrecord of successfully managing social media accounts onLinked
In Meta(Facebook/Instagram) andX.Strongunderstanding of secure
communication
products such as VPNs andchat platforms.
Excellent copywriting skillswith
attention to detail
andcreativity.
Proficiency in usingsocial media management tools like Hootsuite Buffer or Sprout Social.
Analyticalmindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimizecampaigns.
Knowledge ofSEO and contentmarketing best practices is aplus.
Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications IT or a relatedfield.
Familiarity with secure communicationsand cybersecurity trends is highlyadvantageous.
