Role Overview:
The Content Project Manager drives end-to-end content delivery—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution, leveraging tools and cross-team collaboration to streamline workflows and uphold content standards.
Responsibilities:
Oversee content projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
Develop, refine, and manage content for consistency and compliance.
Conduct quality assurance and regular content audits.
Leverage CMS and AI tools to optimize content workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
Min 3 years in e-commerce industry
Knowledge of Salesforce, Fresh desk & Magento tools is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Problem-solving, adaptability, and ability to handle urgent tasks.
Proficiency in CMS, project management tools, and AI-driven platforms.
Leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
