Responsibilities and skills:
– Analyze and describe the functional needs in technical specifications
– Configure and customize the CRM, users and security
– Implement the business needs
– Implement dashboards
– Implement the business process flows, logic and rules, customize forms
– Develop flows and plugins
– Generate documents and emails from templates
– Test and deliver solutions to production environment
– Manage the maintenance of the solutions and support to users
– Flexible to develop Power Automate flow or workflow depending on the requirement.
– Good knowledge in REST API.
– Ability to communicate with different nationalities especially in French
– Ability to train and support CRM users independently.
Technical environment : C#,.NET, JavaScript, API
Knowledge and experience in Microsoft CRM Dynamics 365 is required, and development skills on one of these technologies above will be a strong advantage to be able to write plugins or front end logic.
All other skills and experience in other technologies will be welcome. Depending on it you will be able to participate in other projects, like data integration and exchanges with other systems or for marketing purposes.
The next member of our team will have experience working with Microsoft CRM Dynamics and knowledge in the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, …).
Open minded and curious, with good interpersonal skills, you will be able to take a great part of the growth of our projects.

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED9,000.00 per month
