Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Content Creator with a passion for visual storytelling and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, filming, editing, and publishing high-quality content that enhances our brand presence across multiple digital platforms.
This role requires someone who can transform ideas into compelling visual content, producing professional videos and creative assets that engage audiences and support marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute creative content strategies for multiple brands and campaigns.
- Capture high-quality videos and photographs for marketing campaigns, events, products, services, and corporate communications.
- Film promotional videos, interviews, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, training videos, and social media campaigns.
- Edit professional videos for various platforms, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and YouTube.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, titles, transitions, and visual effects where appropriate.
- Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and final video optimization for digital platforms.
- Design supporting creative assets using graphic design software when required.
- Write engaging captions and marketing copy for social media content.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and management teams to produce creative campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, video formats, platform algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and audience engagement.
- Organize and maintain a structured digital library of video footage, photographs, and creative assets.
- Ensure all content is consistent with the company’s brand identity and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, Film, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, Video Editor, or similar creative role.
- Demonstrated experience in professional videography and video production.
- Strong knowledge of camera operation, composition, framing, lighting, and audio recording.
- Advanced proficiency in professional video editing software, including:
- Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
- Experience producing both short-form and long-form video content.
- Ability to independently manage the full production process—from concept development and filming to editing and final delivery.
- Experience working with gimbals, lighting equipment, wireless microphones, and other production accessories.
- Strong understanding of content optimization for different social media platforms.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Creative, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating content for hospitality, education, automotive, retail, or service industries.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media insights.
- Experience working with influencers and content collaborations.
- Photography editing experience using Adobe Lightroom is an advantage.

Portfolio Requirement
Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing recent videography, video editing, photography, and social media content. Applications without a portfolio may not be considered.
