Responsibilities:
Develop, script, create, and edit engaging and trendy organic social media content.
Shoot and edit videos for Social Media marketing.
Manage and optimize social media accounts across multiple platforms for maximum reach and engagement.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop high-quality, trendy content.
Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven skills in content writing, creation, social media management, and digital marketing.
Experience in videography and video editing.
Creative thinking and
problem-solving
abilities.
Excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and also in a
team environment
.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience in the real estate industry or similar competitive field is aplus.
