Personal Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent multitasking skills who can manage administrative tasks, client relations, and personal errands with professionalism and discretion.
Key responsibilities:
Schedule Management: Organize and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings.
Client Relations: Communicate with high-net-worth clients, interior designers, and vendors.
Showroom & Event Support: Assist with showroom visits, design presentations, and high-end events.
Product & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and delivery teams.
Administrative Support: Handle email correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain confidential records.
Personal Assistance: Manage personal errands and reservations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in luxury retail, interior design, or furniture.
Marketing background and deal with events
Background with social media, can ad posts
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Experience working with interior designers and high-net-worth clients.
Background in event planning or showroom management.
A keen eye for design and aesthetics.
Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters.
Knowledge of high-end furniture brands and the luxury market is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other productivity tools.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
