Your Role: What You’ll Do
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
Collaborate with marketing and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
What You Need to Succeed
✔ 2+ years of experience in real estate sales or property portals.
✔ A strong background in sales & business development—you’re a natural closer.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
✔ A deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate market.
✔ A valid UAE driving license.
✔ Confidence, ambition, and a go-getter attitude—you take initiative and get things done.
✔ Immediate availability.
