Position: Content Creator / Marketing Coordinator
The Role: We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator / Content Creator to lead marketing activities across our restaurant branches in Riyadh. This role owns local content creation, social media management, and on-ground campaign execution, working closely with restaurant teams in Riyadh while reporting into the Marketing Manager based in Doha. The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter who’s comfortable managing day-to-day marketing independently while staying aligned with regional brand strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing activities and campaigns across all restaurant branches in Riyadh, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines set by the Doha-based Marketing Manager.
- Create engaging content (photos, videos, reels, and copy) for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X) showcasing menu items, promotions, and in-restaurant experiences.
- Manage day-to-day social media posting, engagement, and community management for the Riyadh restaurant accounts.
- Coordinate with restaurant managers and operations teams to plan on-ground activations, promotions, and seasonal campaigns (Ramadan, National Day, etc.).
- Liaise with local influencers, media outlets, and photographers/videographers to support content shoots and PR activities.
- Track and report on marketing performance (engagement, reach, campaign ROI) to the Marketing Manager in Doha on a regular basis.
- Ensure all local marketing materials (menus, in-store signage, promotional assets) are up to date, accurate, and consistent with brand standards.
Qualifications:
- Fluent Arabic speaker (spoken and written) is required; strong English communication skills are a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management, ideally within the restaurant, F&B, or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva) and social media management platforms, with the ability to work independently while reporting to a remote manager.
Pay: From ﷼6,000.00 per month
