We are looking for a highly organized and creative Content Creator / Content Coordinator to oversee our monthly content production process.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage communication between the Social Media Manager, Videographer/Filmmaker, Editor, and Graphic Designer.
- Ensure all content is delivered on schedule and meets quality standards.
- Assist in planning monthly content calendars and production timelines.
- Review content before publishing to maintain brand consistency and quality.
- Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Help organize content ideas, campaigns, and deliverables across multiple clients.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues before they affect delivery.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in content creation, social media, marketing, or project coordination is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality output.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content production workflows.
Working Schedule
- Sunday to Thursday.
- Fridays and Saturdays are off.
- This role focuses on content management and coordination. The successful candidate will not be required to film, edit videos, design graphics, or perform technical production tasks.
