Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Fit-Out Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, including commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality sectors. The role requires a strong understanding of materials, labor costs, and market pricing, along with the ability to analyze drawings, specifications, and contracts to develop precise project estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for fit-out projects, including materials, labor, and subcontractor costs.
Review project specifications, architectural and engineering drawings to determine project scope.
Obtain and analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
Prepare and submit tender documentation, including Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost breakdowns.
Collaborate with the design, procurement, and project management teams to optimize cost efficiency.
Identify potential cost risks and propose value engineering solutions where applicable.
Maintain an up-to-date database of materials, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Participate in pre- and post-tender meetings with clients and stakeholders.
Assist in contract negotiations and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum [X] years of experience as a Fit-Out Estimator or similar role in the interior fit-out industry.
Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, construction methods, and market rates.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, CCS Candy, or similar estimation software.
Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
