Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for social media and design, with the ability to create engaging content and visuals that drive brand awareness and engagement. This role combines strategic social media management with creative graphic design for marketing materials.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Create and manage content calendars for social media platforms, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
Design eye-catching graphics, infographics, and other marketing materials for online and offline use.
Monitor social media trends, adapt content strategies, and suggest new campaigns to reach target audiences.
Analyze social media performance and generate reports to track success and optimize strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely manner.
Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and social media best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer, preferably in marketing or a related field.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Ability to create engaging and creative content, both written and visual.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A portfolio showcasing your design work and social media campaigns.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with social media analytics tools is a plus.
Preferred: Tagalog, Turkish / English speaker
