We are seeking a talented and creative In-House Photographer & Videographer with expertise in real estate photography, videography, and post-production editing. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in property shoots, video editing, and content creation for various platforms, including YouTube, social media, and podcasts.
Key Responsibilities:
Real Estate Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality images and videos of luxury properties, interiors, and exteriors to showcase listings effectively.
Editing & Post-Production: Edit photos and videos using Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve to ensure professional-quality output.
YouTube & Social Media Content Creation: Produce engaging real estate videos, virtual tours, and lifestyle content optimized for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Podcast Production: Assist in recording and editing podcasts, ensuring high-quality audio and video production.
Drone & Gimbal Operation: Use drones and stabilizers to capture cinematic property footage (if licensed/certified).
Lighting & Equipment Management: Set up lighting, audio, and camera gear for professional shoots.
Creative Direction: Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling visual content that aligns with branding and business objectives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate photography & videography.
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
Strong knowledge of color grading, retouching, and cinematic editing techniques.
Experience in shooting and editing YouTube videos & podcasts.
Ability to work with drones, gimbals, and professional camera equipment.
Strong storytelling and composition skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
