Control and follow-up on daily operations activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Stripping containers and following up on customs inspection until stuffing.
Managing transit shipments.
Ensuring availability of heavy and light equipment.
Communicating daily with customs and transit departments.
Supervising employees handling customs seals.
Resolving issues with clearing broker agents.
Supervising laborers, yard clerks, and foremen.
Overseeing work at gates 14, 09, 35, and 40.
Addressing warehouse issues related to LCL container delivery.
Supervising damages related to FCL containers and cargo.
Applying occupational health and safety standards.
Implementing productivity-raising plans.
Key Performance Indicators:
Completing daily tasks without errors or incidents.
Maintaining service quality standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum degree required.
Education and Experience:
Experience in cargo operations and shipment documentation.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Windows.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Good teamwork abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenges.
Multitasking skills.
Customer complaint resolution skills.
