Overview
Duties & Responsibilities
Creation of tableau-borders and reports to signal and alert the areas involved to problems, in order to guarantee the consistency of processes;
Work on complaints management information to highlight opportunities for improvement;
Creation, monitoring and promotion of improvement projects in units or across CUF;
Improvement projects within Cuf units;
Monitoring and tracking of some measures implemented, working in conjunction with DQS;
Preparation of presentations and monitoring of assistance meetings of CUF units with regard to the Customer Office
Preparation of presentations for the Executive Committee;
Support the department in daily management, namely specific requests from department members and other areas and departments of CUF, organization of documents sent daily to the Customer Office, monitoring meetings with other areas and departments of CUF.;
Preparation of weekly and monthly reports to monitor performance and compliance with objectives established by the Executive Committee;
Job Experience
Higher academic training in Economics or Management;
1 year of professional experience in management;
Experience in the health sector will be an asset;
Ability to engage, communicate and have interpersonal relationships;
Capacity for data analysis and processing;
Results orientation;
