Job Summary
This presents anexcitingopportunity to join our ESG reporting transformation team within the Consulting division. You will play a crucial role in managing and executing reporting transformation projects for clients across various sectors in the Middle East. Our team specializes in providing tailored solutions for strategy and reporting transformation, assisting clients in defining theirsustainabilityreporting priorities.
Your focus will involve aligning clients’ ESG reporting frameworks and standards, clarifying the impact of ESG issues on business operations and strategy, identifying reporting formats and disclosures, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, you will identify key sectors and potential clients for ESG reporting transformation services, foster relationships with existing clients to understand evolving reporting requirements, and explore opportunities for expanding our consulting services.
Collaborationwith subject matter experts and delivery teams will be essential in crafting customized proposals aligned with client objectives and industry best practices.
Requirements
You will work as part of a growing team of problem solvers and will be required to possess strongproject managementskills as the delivery role requires client management, team management of less junior colleagues, project budgeting and finance management, coaching, andresource managementon a portfolio of clients. A key part of delivery will be to support clients through their ESG reporting strategy and roadmap and the creation, review, and delivery of complex client deliverables which will include executive-level reporting through to detailed design documentation.
