Job Summary
PwC seeks adynamicandresults-drivenSenior Manager to spearhead its Accounting Advisory team in Riyadh. This criticalleadershipposition requires a minimum of 10 to 13 years of experience in finance and accounting consulting, with a focus on the power and utilities sector and strong emphasis on cultivating business opportunities and securing key engagements.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion and success of the Accounting Advisory practice, contributing to the development and execution ofimpactful projects.
The role sits within a rapidly growing part of the Accounting Advisory team. You will have access to all the latesttraining and developmenttools and the support of the wider PwC network.
Key Responsibilities
Be part of the productleadershipteam in building a long-term vision and strategy to continue growing the business, focusing on the power and utilities sector.
Take ownership for the development of the Accounting Advisory and Structuring offering in the Middle East market, setting budget goals and driving to meet budgeted performance.
Possess strongproject managementskills, including client management, project budgeting and finance management, coaching andresource managementon a portfolio of clients.
Create, review and deliver complex client deliverables includingexecutive levelreporting through to detailed documentation.
Develop personally, taking a keen interest in the Accounting Advisory and Structuring offering and its impact on clients.
Coach and develop junior members in the team.

Roles & Responsibilities
Experience and expertise in designing transaction structures and solutions for complex transactions including IPO, M&A, and group reorganizations.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and ability to review and prepare technical papers…
