Job Summary
Our Accounting Advisory Consulting team currently hasexcitingopportunities within its Accounting Advisory offering. Our team advises clients on a wide range of transactions, identifying issues and providing accounting options and solutions that meet our client’s objectives. We are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated accountant with aproven track recordof high quality delivery of client projects, strong technical knowledge and experience with a commercially rounded mindset focusing on client requirements and needs and an ability to work in a demanding environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
The role sits within a commercially focused technical accounting team in PwC, which will provide a fantastic development opportunity for the candidate to develop accounting and reporting skills alongside the opportunity to work on a number of iconic accounting and reporting transformation projects.
As a Senior Associate, you will be required to assist the team managers to deliver on complex accounting advisory engagements with a variety of clients. This will involve:
In-depth knowledge of IFRS, its practical and commercial applications to provide clients with advice that addresses their objectives.
Ability to conductin-depth researchon complex accounting matters, prepare technical papers for discussion with senior team members and applycritical thinking.
Strong task management skills as the delivery role may require you working potentially on multiple projects requiring a balance and management of tasks and commitments on these projects.
Interacting and developing relationships with key client staff and engaging in a professional and confident manner.
