You will work on real consulting projects on a daily basis. You will develop superior analyses and produce presentations at top-tier management consulting standards. All successful applicants will first undergo intensive management consulting training through our LMC Academy. Completion of this training is a condition of employment.
Ideal candidates are professionals with 3–5 years of relevant experience who wish to master consulting skills, analytical work, and client interactions.

What You Will Do
As a Consultant at LMC Academy, you will:
- Structure complex business, public sector, and strategic problems using the MECE methodology
- Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations
- Build, review, and improve analytical and financial models (Excel)
- Work in teams with fellow consultants and creative designers
- Deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines and changing requirements
What We Are Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in business logic, applied analysis, public policy, or project-oriented roles
- Proven ability to work in structured, professional environments (meetings, formal communication, tight deadlines)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-structuring skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including structured models, formulas, data analysis, and scenario/sensitivity analysis
- Experience preparing professional documents and presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail
Additional Advantages
- Experience with financial modeling, business cases, or quantitative analysis
- Knowledge and use of new technologies, including AI
- Education in business, economics, public policy, international relations, engineering, or related fields
