Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed patient assessments and make accurate diagnoses regarding urological conditions.
- Formulate and implement effective treatment plans, including both medical and surgical interventions.
- Perform advanced urological surgeries with proficiency and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in urology through continuous professional development.
- Participate in research activities to contribute to the advancement of urological medicine.
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families concerning treatment options and preventive care.
- Maintain meticulous patient records and comply with all healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Completion of a accredited residency program in Urology.
- Board certification as a Urologist is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years’ clinical experience in urology practice.
- Demonstrated expertise in performing various urological surgical procedures.
- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
