Role Responsibilities
- Engagingwithstakeholderstodriveandleadexecutionagainsteffectiveprojectplans,anticipatepotentialissues,andprovidestructuredsolutionstoensureasuccessfulclientengagement
- Taking responsibility for the creation of client deliverables by facilitating client interviews and workshops, performing analysis in Excel, synthesizing clear insights from complex information, and developing content that clearly articulates recommendations
- Developingmeaningfulandsuccessfulrelationshipswithclientsandvendorsbyunderstandingthedifferentneedsofstakeholdersandestablishingahighdegreeofcredibilityinternallyandexternally
- Supporting
AlphaFMC’sbroaderbusinessevolution,including co-authoringwhitepapers,andperformingmarketresearchtoidentifyopportunitiesforAlpha
- Contributingtothewider Alphacommunitybymakinginnovativeandproactivecontributionstooneormoreof Alpha ’sbusinessmanagementorpracticeareas
Role Requirements
- Atleast2-3yearsofprovenexperienceinthedeliveryofconsultingorchangeprojectsgainedwithinaleadingfinancialinstitutionorconsultingfirm
- Significantexperiencewithin‘blue-chip’Financial Services organisations,preferably
- Assetor Wealth Managers
- Experienceofprojectsengagedon Target Operating Model ,business processes
- and/orITsolutionsinsomeofthefollowingareas:
Distribution,CRM,Portfolio
- management&Riskmanagement,Middle&Back Officeprocessesandoutsourcing
- Anunderstandingofmarkettrends,driversandoutlookofthe
Assetand Wealth Management market
- First-class communication,presentationandproblem-solving skills
- Stakeholdermanagementandinfluencingskills–withbothclientsandcolleagues
- Demonstrableproficiencyinrelationshipdevelopment.
Thisshouldincludeexamplesofclientaccountsupport/managementandpreferablysupportingbusinessdevelopment
- Abilitytomentorandcoachjuniorteammembers
