Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Description:
We are looking for a female Showroom Sales & Receptionist to join our lighting showroom. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, customer service, and front desk operations. This role involves assisting customers in the showroom, handling phone inquiries, and providing basic administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing product information and recommendations
Handle phone calls, inquiries, and basic customer service tasks
Process sales transactions and maintain records of showroom activities
Assist in managing showroom displays and ensuring a well-organized environment
Perform basic administrative tasks, including handling emails and maintaining files
Work closely with the sales team to support daily operations
Requirements:
Female candidate required
At least 1 year of experience in sales, reception, or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Proficient in computer operations (Microsoft Office, emails, etc.)
Well-presented, professional, and customer-focused
