Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated MEP Multi-Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a variety of facilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of all three disciplines and be able to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of systems to maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Respond to emergency service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Keep accurate records of work completed, parts used, and time spent on each task.
Coordinate with other trades and departments to ensure systems are integrated and operating correctly.
Participate in on-call rotation for emergency repairs.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an MEP Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and troubleshooting techniques.
Certification or relevant training in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Valid driver’s license.
