Key Responsibilities:
Installation: Install air conditioning systems, including the setup of ducts, pipes, wiring, and electrical components.
Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on AC units, including cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and ensuring all components are working efficiently.
Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnose and repair issues such as leaks, faulty electrical components, and inefficient cooling systems.
Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to explain problems, solutions, and pricing, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
System Testing: Test air conditioning systems post-repair or installation to ensure they are operating correctly.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and equipment installations.
Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, including EPA guidelines for handling refrigerants.
Upgrades and Replacements: Recommend energy-efficient upgrades to clients and replace obsolete or inefficient systems.
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Knowledge: Proficient in AC system operations, maintenance, and repair techniques.
Problem Solving: Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Communication: Ability to explain technical issues and solutions to customers in a clear and friendly manner. Fluency in English is required for both verbal and written communication with customers and team members.
