Key Responsibilities
Conduct  comprehensive psychiatricevaluations, including diagnostic assessments and treatmentplanning.
Provide evidence-based treatment andcare to clients, including medication management andtherapy.
Collaborate with other mental healthprofessionals, such as psychologists and social workers, to developan integrated treatment plan.
Monitor andreview treatment progress and adjust treatment plans asneeded.
Participate in ongoing training anddevelopment to stay updated with the latest advancements in thefield of psychiatry.
Educate clients, theirfamilies, and the community on mental health issues and promotemental well-being.
Maintain accurate andup-to-date medical records and participate in clinical audits asrequired.
Adhere to ethical and professionalstandards and ensure compliance with all regulatorybodies.
Participate in team meetings and caseconferences to discuss and review client cases.
Qualifications Medical degree with specialtytraining in psychiatry.
Current and validlicense to practice psychiatry.
Excellentknowledge and understanding of psychiatric disorders andevidence-based treatments.
Minimum of 3 yearsof experience in clinical psychiatry.
Abilityto work in a
multidisciplinary
team and collaborateeffectively.
Strong
communication
andinterpersonal skills.
Proficient in usingelectronic health records and other relevant computersystems.
