Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon – Sharjah
A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in Sharjah is expanding its orthopedic outpatient, trauma and elective surgical services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon to join its growing clinical team.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal injuries, degenerative disease, fractures and orthopedic conditions.
- Perform orthopedic procedures according to subspecialty scope such as arthroscopy, arthroplasty, trauma fixation or hand/foot procedures.
- Evaluate surgical candidates, obtain informed consent and guide perioperative care.
- Collaborate with radiology, anaesthesia, physiotherapy, sports medicine and rehabilitation teams.
- Provide outpatient follow‑up, functional recovery plans and complication management.
- Participate in surgical audit, theatre safety, infection prevention and clinical governance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Recognised specialist qualification such as American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, UK CCT / FRCS Trauma & Orthopaedics, European Board / national specialist certification, Royal College Certification (Canada), Australian FRACS, Arab Board, MS / DNB / FCPS or equivalent.
