Job Requirements
- A Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) and completion of an accredited residency program in Medical Oncology.
- A minimum of 15 years of clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of oncology patients, including a track record of expertise in precision medicine practices.
- Board Certification in Medical Oncology with ongoing continuous medical education to remain abreast of the latest developments in cancer treatment.
- Advanced understanding of genomic and molecular biology as it relates to oncology, demonstrated through practical application in a clinical setting.
- Proven experience leading and participating in clinical trials or research initiatives, with a history of published works in reputable medical journals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and team members, facilitating informed decision-making processes.
- Strong leadership capabilities, showcasing prior experience in mentoring junior staff and leading multidisciplinary teams in a clinical environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems and advanced analytical software for patient data management and research analysis.

Job Responsibilities
