Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced IBM Safer Payments Support & Implementation Specialist to implement, support, and optimize IBM Safer Payments solutions within a banking environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in payment fraud prevention, production support, and banking payment systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and maintain IBM Safer Payments solutions.
- Provide production support, incident resolution, and system monitoring.
- Configure fraud detection rules, workflows, and scoring models.
- Support system integrations, upgrades, UAT, and deployments.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver secure payment solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with IBM Safer Payments in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of IBM Safer Payments administration, fraud rule management, and payment processing.
- Experience with APIs, web services, Linux/Unix, SQL, and production support.
- Understanding of payment standards such as ISO 8583 is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred: IBM Safer Payments, Cloud (AWS/GCP), AML/CFT, or Fraud-related certifications are an added advantage.
