A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its gastroenterology, digestive health, and endoscopy services and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Gastroenterologist to join its growing clinical team. Role Overview
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals, endoscopy teams, and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with a broad range of gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary conditions
- Perform and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures according to expertise and facility capabilities
- Diagnose and manage conditions including inflammatory bowel disease, gastrointestinal bleeding, reflux disorders, liver disease, and other digestive health conditions
- Develop individualised treatment plans and provide appropriate follow-up and long‑term disease management
- Collaborate with surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, nutritionists, and other multidisciplinary teams when required
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, and maintain accurate clinical documentation and infection control standards
Requirements

- American Board of Internal Medicine
– Gastroenterology - UK CCT / MRCP Gastroenterology
- European Board / national specialist certification
- Royal College Certification (Canada)
- Australian FRACP
– Gastroenterology - Arab Board
- MD / DNB / FCPS or equivalent recognised specialist qualification
