Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.

Sales Presentation: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings to drive sales.

Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through research and cold calling techniques.

Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with prospects and existing customers to nurture relationships and close sales.

Record Keeping: Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system to track progress and outcomes.

Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Market Insights: Gather feedback and insights from customers to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

Ability to build rapport and trust with customers quickly.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
