About Carpi Auto Care Center:
Carpi Auto Care Center is a trusted name in automotive services, providing top-quality repairs, maintenance, and customer care. We are looking for a Cashier with at least two years of experience using ZOHO to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth financial transactions, accurate billing, and inventory management while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Process cash, credit, and digital payments for vehicle repairs, maintenance, and auto parts.
Generate invoices, receipts, and work orders using ZOHO Books.
Maintain and reconcile daily cash transactions and financial records.
Track and manage auto parts inventory using ZOHO Inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
Assist customers with billing inquiries, payment processing, and service estimates.
Coordinate with mechanics and service advisors to ensure correct pricing and billing for labor and parts.
Handle refunds, discounts, and warranty-related transactions per company policies.
Generate financial reports, sales summaries, and expense tracking using ZOHO applications.
Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations related to transactions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient cashier station.
Requirements:
Minimum of two years of experience as a cashier in an auto care service or retail environment.
Proficiency in ZOHO applications, including ZOHO Books, ZOHO Inventory, and ZOHO CRM.
Knowledge of automotive service billing, parts pricing, and inventory management is a plus.
Strong numerical, organizational, and analytical skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced auto service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in business or accounting is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in an auto repair shop, tire shop, or car dealership.
Familiarity with ZOHO Analytics for financial tracking and reporting.
Ability to troubleshoot minor ZOHO software issues.
