Stafmed is currently recruiting a highly experienced Consultant ENT for an exciting full-time position with a leading hospital in the UAE.
About the Role
We are seeking a distinguished Consultant ENT with extensive expertise in diagnosing and managing a broad range of ear, nose, and throat conditions, including complex ENT disorders requiring advanced medical and surgical care.
The successful candidate will join a progressive clinical environment committed to delivering advanced, patient-centred ENT services and comprehensive otolaryngology care.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of ENT conditions
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of ear, nose, throat, and head and neck disorders
- Perform appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic ENT procedures
- Perform and oversee ENT surgical procedures within the candidate’s area of expertise
- Manage complex ENT cases requiring multidisciplinary care
- Evaluate and manage patients with hearing, balance, sinus, and airway disorders
- Develop personalised, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative patient care
- Collaborate with audiologists, radiologists, speech therapists, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement initiatives
- Support departmental education, teaching, and service development
Qualifications
- Board certification in Otolaryngology / ENT
- Recognised Tier 1 qualification, including ABMS, Canadian Royal College certification, UK CCT/CCST, German Facharzt, French DES, or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialisation experience in ENT / Otolaryngology
- Strong experience in ENT procedures and surgery
- Eligibility for Consultant-level licensing with DHA, DOH, or MOHAP
